About the Role
Join a growing Taiwanese F&B brand dedicated to serving premium chicken soup and quality dining experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are keen to learn, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to standard operating procedures.
- Plate soups, grilled dishes, and side items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.
- Replenish ingredients, sauces, and kitchen supplies.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak meal periods.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain proper stock handling.
- Clean kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Requirements
- Prior experience in kitchen, food preparation, or F&B operations is advantageous but not required.
- Training will be provided for candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit to perform kitchen duties and stand for extended periods.
- Able to commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Hours
- 44 working hours per week
- 5–6 days work week (rostered)
- Outlet operating hours: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Shift schedule assigned according to operational requirements
Location
- Primary: Woodleigh Mall
- Deployment to Telok Ayer outlet may be required based on operational needs.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: S$2,200 – S$3,000
- Fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 6 hours of overtime per week
- Additional overtime payable where applicable
