Are you motivated by selling bespoke projects and seeing them become a reality? This could be your opportunity. An important retail company specializing in kitchens is looking to hire a Kitchen Designer – Salesperson for one of its stores in Badalona, within a stable and consolidated project. What will your functions be? Provide personalized advice to the customer and accompany them throughout the entire sales process. Design bespoke kitchen projects and prepare quotes. Perform order follow-ups and manage after-sales service. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure correct project execution. What are we looking for in you? Availability to work full-time, Monday to Saturday, with the corresponding breaks. Experience in the sale of kitchens, kitchen furniture and/or appliances (highly valued). A commercial profile, oriented towards objectives and customer satisfaction. Good communication skills, negotiation and organizational capacity. Proficiency in office tools at a user level. What do we offer? A stable contract in a leading company in its sector. Fixed salary of €23,000 gross per year + attractive incentives. Monthly incentive system: sales of €50,000 ⇒ approx. €1,000 per month. A good working environment and a professional team.
