Kitchen Helper/ Assistant
📍 Location: Central, Somerset
💰 Salary: $1,900 – $2,500/month
🕒 Working Hours: Based on roster
📅 Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hot food preparation and prepare ingredients accordingly.
- Perform basic cooking tasks, grill ready-to-use products, and plate food for service.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, sweep/mop floors, remove garbage, and wash cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
- Unpack deliveries, stock ingredients, and organize storage areas (fridges/freezers).
- Assemble dishes, package takeout orders, and refill condiment containers.
Requirements
- Prior F&B or services operations experience
- Possess valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certification
- Able to work flexible shifts based on hotel scheduling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- A strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Responsible and able to work independently when required
