Kitchen Manager - Chevre Coconut Grove

The Kitchen Manager will be directly responsible for oversight and day-to-day management of the assigned property. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee all facets of production and service
• Manage ordering and inventory
• Scan and upload invoices to Shared Drive
• Put out a weekly employee schedule
• Approve payroll hours
• Oversee all BOH staff

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities/skills

• 3+ Years Culinary Experience with 1+ Year of Management Experience
• Experience with Ordering, Inventory
• Comfortable cooking in multiple types of cuisines
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills upward and downward
