KITCHEN MANAGER

SALARY: N500,000

LOCATION: SURULERE, LAGOS

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager.

The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for Menu Management, Staff supervision, kitchen inventory management, procurement and ensuring quality control.

Qualifications
●Diploma in Culinary Education
●Food Preparation and Cooking skill
●At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial kitchen
●Proficient in food production costing
●Strong organizational and leadership skills
●Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
●Health and safety certifications are a plus
●Proficiency in computer skills
