What You'll Do

As Kitchen Manager, you will help lead daily kitchen operations and support the preparation of quality meals while maintaining company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, instructing, and assisting with daily food service activities.

• Preparing meals, baking, cooking, and completing kitchen cleanup.

• Reading and following company recipes.

• Working effectively within a structured correctional facility.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

• Performing duties that require lifting up to 50 pounds.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

• Ability to obtain clearance and approval to work within the facility.

Previous food service or kitchen experience is beneficial, but experience is not required! We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
