The role
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.
Kitchen Porters play a vital role in the smooth running of the business, helping keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping kitchen areas clean and organised throughout service.
- Following cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures.
- Managing waste and recycling correctly.
- Ensuring equipment and utensils are stored properly.
- Supporting basic food preparation when required and appropriately trained.
- Following food safety and health and safety procedures.
- Helping the wider team wherever needed.
What we’re looking for
- A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude.
- Good timekeeping and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a busy environment.
- A willingness to help and work as part of a team.
- Previous kitchen porter experience is beneficial but not essential.
