Kitchen Porter
Salary: £14.80 per hour

Mostly Monday To Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure food safety standards are followed.
- Assist with waste management and recycling.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables and cutting ingredients.
- Organise and store kitchen supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
- Help with unloading deliveries and storing items appropriately.
**Job Qualifications:** - Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or cleaning role is desirable but not essential. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. - Awareness of health and safety regulations, particularly in food preparation and handling areas. - Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work. - Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures and protocols. - Basic numeracy skills for stock management and organisation.
