• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Support chefs by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools and workspaces
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as required
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with procedures
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen
