Kitchen Staff / Line Cook & Baker

Primavera Coffee Roasters is looking for a multi-talented Kitchen Staff member to help bring authentic Central American flavors to Cranston! In this role, you’ll prep food orders, bake traditional pastries (like pan dulce and conchas), and assemble menu items during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items to order in a fast-paced environment.
• Bake daily house pastries and regional specialty treats following established recipes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen and prep stations.
• Monitor inventory, handle food safely, and ensure high quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in line cooking, food prep, or commercial baking preferred.
• Passion for high-quality food and interest in Central American culinary traditions.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive during busy service shifts.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
