Kitchen Station Chef

About the role

At Servigroup Hoteles, we are selecting a Kitchen Shift Leader for our Hotel Marina Playa, located in Mojacar. The selected candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customers' satisfaction.

What you'll do

Prepare food for service according to the daily menu with coworkers

Ensure the suitability of provisions at the kitchen stations

Respond to, report to, and follow the instructions of the head chef.

Check and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues.

Store inventory properly

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in a timely manner, and is of high quality

Coordinate the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.

Comply with nutritional and sanitary regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Apply strict health and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in the kitchen, (Minimum of 1 year of experience) in a similar position as a cook or kitchen assistant

Precision and speed to execute assigned tasks

Communication

Order and cleanliness

Clear customer orientation

Teamwork
