KITCHEN STEWARD
MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Operate the dishwasher in accordance with operating instructions.
- After cleaning pots and pans, place them in their designated storage area.
- Wash dirty dishes and maintain an adequate supply of clean tableware for the Head Chef.
- Polish cutlery and, when required, collect all dirty dishes from the employee cafeteria.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by assisting the kitchen staff and following the company's cleaning policies and procedures.
- Clean and polish the entire kitchen area.
- Disinfect kitchen floors at the end of each working day.
- Remove waste whenever necessary.
- Clear the kitchen area of empty boxes and any unnecessary equipment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with the work schedule, labor regulations, disciplinary rules, and standards of conduct established by labor legislation, the Company's Internal Regulations, and all lawful instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Perform the duties set out in the job description and carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the performance standards applicable to the position.
- Observe all general and position-specific occupational health and safety regulations, as well as fire prevention and protection (Fire Safety) procedures, particularly those identified as mandatory following the workplace risk assessment.
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, teamwork, mutual respect, and professional cooperation at all times.
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior and communication in relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and refrain from making statements that could damage the Company's reputation or that of its representatives.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all operations, activities, and work performed during the entire term of the employment contract and not disclose any information regarding the Company's activities to third parties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of salary and compensation information throughout the duration of the employment contract.
