Kitchen Steward

Job Description

• Responsible for the cleanliness of floors, kitchen dish rooms, walk in freezers, drains, floor mats, grease traps, garbage disposals and overall cleanliness of kitchen, dish rooms, storerooms and corridors.
• Follows proper procedures for ware washing
• Empties waste into trash and removed the trash to designated areas.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen area.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
• Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening
• Clear fingerprinting/background check
