SUMMARY:

Performs duties in order to provide a clean and productive work area in order to ensure the highest quality goods and services to all guests, both internal and external.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all daily equipment cleaning tasks and clean all front-line floors nightly.
• Respond to and/or resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with all county, state, and federal food service laws and requirements.
• Follow work assignments given by the team lead to accommodate adjusted work assignments.
• Clean floor drains as need to keep free of food debris.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by manager.
