Kitchen Utility Worker
- Washes dishes, pots and pans using appropriate kitchen equipment
- Completes daily sanitation assignments in all dining and kitchen areas including equipment and supplies following correct procedures, as directed.
- Unloads and arranges food stock from delivery
- Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
- Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room.
