About the Project We are currently partnering with a dynamic, international client to find a highly experienced Klaviyo Migration & Rollout Expert. In this critical role, you will lead a strategic technology migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Klaviyo, followed by a comprehensive rollout across multiple international markets and business entities.
If you have a proven track record of transitioning enterprise marketing ecosystems, deep expertise in Shopify integrations, and a strategic mindset for global email marketing architecture, we want you to drive this digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Asset & Data Transfer: Migrate and optimize existing marketing processes, intricate customer data structures, campaign assets, and automated flows.
Global Rollout Strategy: Plan, manage, and support international Klaviyo rollouts across various business entities and localized markets.
Segmentation & Architecture: Design and implement highly effective customer segmentation strategies and advanced target-group logic to drive engagement.
Data Centralization: Support the architecture and centralization of customer and performance data to ensure single-source-of-truth analytics.
Technical Execution: Take a hands-on role in data mapping, system integrations, extensive QA/testing activities, and orchestrating a flawless go-live execution.
What We Are Looking For
Migration Expertise: Proven experience successfully delivering complex Klaviyo migration projects. Direct experience migrating specifically from Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
E-commerce Ecosystems: Strong, hands-on experience with seamless Shopify and Klaviyo integrations.
Global Scale: Demonstrated experience working on international or multi-market rollouts, understanding the nuances of cross-border data and localization.
Strategic Deep Knowledge: A profound, practical understanding of:
Advanced customer segmentation
Automated marketing flows and triggers
Customer lifecycle management (CLM)
Customer journey design and optimization
Language Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a significant plus.
