About the opportunity

Join QIAGEN as a Knowledge Coordinator and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Knowledge Repository. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in creating structure, connecting people and information, and building scalable, future-ready knowledge solutions in a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks include

  • Coordinate the curation of information within the global Knowledge Repository.
  • Define and maintain curation processes, including success metrics.
  • Collaborate with global subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
  • Drive continuous improvement of knowledge articles and repository structure.
  • Partner with IT (DBS) to ensure a robust and scalable technical solution.
  • Maintain knowledge standards, quality, and prioritization aligned with business needs.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in molecular biology or related field (preferred) OR minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge management or a technical/scientific role.
  • Experience with knowledge or content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Ability to design structured repositories and maintain metadata for efficient retrieval.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor usage, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven knowledge tools and emerging automation/search technologies.
  • Project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and establishing new processes.
