About the opportunity
Join QIAGEN as a Knowledge Coordinator and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Knowledge Repository. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in creating structure, connecting people and information, and building scalable, future-ready knowledge solutions in a dynamic international environment.
Your tasks include
- Coordinate the curation of information within the global Knowledge Repository.
- Define and maintain curation processes, including success metrics.
- Collaborate with global subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
- Drive continuous improvement of knowledge articles and repository structure.
- Partner with IT (DBS) to ensure a robust and scalable technical solution.
- Maintain knowledge standards, quality, and prioritization aligned with business needs.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in molecular biology or related field (preferred) OR minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge management or a technical/scientific role.
- Experience with knowledge or content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
- Ability to design structured repositories and maintain metadata for efficient retrieval.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor usage, quality, and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with AI-driven knowledge tools and emerging automation/search technologies.
- Project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and establishing new processes.
