Position summary
The Knowledge Management Lawyer - US Corporate will play a key role in developing and expanding the firm's knowledge management capabilities across the US Corporate practice. Drawing on relevant Corporate transactional and knowledge management experience, the lawyer will work closely with practice leaders and attorneys to capture, organize, and scale the firm's substantive knowledge in ways that improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and client service.
The role will focus primarily on M&A and private equity, while supporting other US Corporate practices, including capital markets, as needs and priorities require.
