KOL & Influencer Marketing Executive
NovaByte is expanding its global marketing team and seeking a creative and results-driven KOL & Influencer Marketing Executive to help grow our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of creators and social communities. You will be responsible for building meaningful partnerships with influencers, developing engaging campaigns, and turning creative ideas into content that drives brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth.
You will work closely with creators and internal teams to identify opportunities, manage collaborations, and optimize influencer strategies across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard relevant KOLs and influencers across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships from outreach and negotiation through to campaign completion.
Plan influencer campaigns, including creator selection, campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Support content planning by providing creative ideas, scripts, hooks, and recommendations to improve performance.
Manage communication with creators and ensure smooth execution of collaborations.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify insights to improve future campaigns.
Build long-term relationships with creators, and marketing partners.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and new creator opportunities to support growth strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product teams to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in KOL/influencer marketing preferred/Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Keen interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator communities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Mandarin proficiency required for communicating with China headquarters.
Minimum Diploma qualification.
