• Collect and update trade lane performance data and assist in preparing routine reports.
• Monitor flight schedules, market trends, and competitor information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, overseas offices, and external partners to support smooth operations.
• Track shipment status and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain trade lane documentation, including rates, contracts, and SOPs.
• Gather rate information and support communication with airlines, agents, and service providers.
• Assist with sales inquiries, project coordination, and preparation of promotional materials.
• Maintain contact lists, meeting notes, and action items.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Trade Lane Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative support
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills; ability to liaise with overseas offices.
• Familiarity with air freight processes or trade lane concepts is a plus.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable handling numbers and performance metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and overseas teams.
