Korea desk - Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Hera Consulting Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based advisory firm providing company incorporation, corporate secretarial, and nominee services across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, with an expanding network of partners in Korea and China. We are looking for a Business Development & Liaison Assistant to act as our on-the-ground point of contact in Seoul, managing partner and client relationships, facilitating documentation, and supporting the smooth running of cross-border engagements between our Singapore office and our Korean and Chinese partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Hera Consulting and our Korean and Chinese partners and clients based in Seoul.

• Be outstationed in Seoul for approximately two (2) weeks per month to support in-market meetings and operations, with the remaining time based in Singapore.

• Attend client and partner meetings to collect required documentation, corporate information, and data for onboarding and ongoing engagements.

• Complete, review and process forms accurately, including KYC/CDD, incorporation, and engagement documentation.

• Coordinate communication and follow-ups between the Singapore head office and Korean/Chinese counterparts, ensuring timely responses and accurate translation of key points.

• Interpret and translate between Korean, Mandarin and English during meetings and in written correspondence as required.

• Maintain accurate, organised records of client interactions, documents collected, and meeting notes.

• Support preparation of client files for corporate secretarial, incorporation, and advisory engagements.

• Assist with scheduling of client meetings and coordination of travel logistics for outstation trips.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Languages, or a related field.

• Prior experience in a liaison, client-facing, administrative, or business development role — experience in corporate services, financial services, or trade-related industries is an advantage.

• Basic ability in Korean and Mandarin, with proficient spoken and written English.

• Willing and able to be outstationed in Seoul approximately 2 weeks per month; valid passport with no travel restrictions to South Korea and China.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a comfort for documentation-heavy, form-filling work.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; comfortable representing the company in external client and partner meetings.

• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement while outstationed with minimal direct supervision.

Salary range SGD4500 onwards.
