Job description:
◆ Support sales and marketing team to achieve sales target.
◆ Proactively support pre-sales activities and solution proposal.
◆ Reply Helpdesk tickets and answer product questions
◆ Provide after-sale support, hands-on technical troubleshooting
◆ Report and feedback product issues to PM for future enhancement
◆ Deliver partner product training
◆ Generate technical FAQ
◆ Coordinate and manage RMA process
