Korea Lead
You will lead growth and adoption efforts across Korea by building local partnerships, engaging communities, and supporting developers. You will run events, organize hackathons, localize content, and represent the project at conferences and public forums. You will operate independently and drive measurable ecosystem outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption among Korean users and developers
- Develop relationships with influencers trading communities and local media to raise awareness
- Onboard and support Korean developers through meetups hackathons and educational initiatives
- Localize messaging documentation and content for Korean audiences
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with exchanges wallets media and protocols
- Represent the project at conferences community events and public forums
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in crypto preferably in a Layer 1 DeFi or consumer-facing protocol
- Deep familiarity with the Korean crypto landscape including trading communities influencers and developer networks
- Proven ability to grow and manage communities in Korea
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English
- Self-starter mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment
