Korean Bi-lingual Finance Manager

CLIENT PROFILE: A global leader in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, delivering end-to-end supply chain services in the Philippines.

Work Setup: Daily Onsite - Monday to Friday

Work Schedule: Normal Dayshift

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig

We are seeking a Korean-speaking finance professional to support management accounting, reporting, and cross-border coordination with regional and global stakeholders. This role plays a key part in financial planning, performance analysis, and internal/external communications, while also supporting HR reporting and recruitment updates.

Key Responsibilities

Management Accounting Support

• Assist in Annual Business Plan (ABP) and monthly/quarterly P&L forecasts
• Analyze actual P&L results and business unit profitability
• Support preparation of financial analysis reports and insights

Financial Reporting & Communication

• Coordinate meetings (agenda, materials, minutes) with HQ/RHQ
• Liaise with global stakeholders for financial and operational updates
• Prepare management reports, KPI reviews, and settlement reports
• Support AR monitoring and financial risk reporting

HR & Recruitment Reporting

• Track hiring progress and prepare HR-related reports
• Support communication of key HR updates and issues

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong understanding of management accounting and P&L structures
• Advanced English proficiency (OPIC IH or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• KICPA, AICPA, or equivalent certification
• Experience with SAP CO/FI modules
• Background working with global or regional teams
• Experience in KPI management, P&L oversight, or strategic planning
• Overseas education, work experience, or residency

Technical & Language Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Korean, with strong communication across all levels
