We’re looking for a Korean-speaking Content Creator to join an international iGaming team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

If you know how to turn an idea into content people actually want to watch, read, or engage with, this could be an exciting next move. You’ll work across social media, digital campaigns, CRM, and brand content, creating for both Sportsbook and Casino audiences while collaborating with an international marketing team.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with €2,500 NET/month, performance-based bonuses, and relocation support for candidates moving to Cyprus.

What will you be working on?

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll take content from idea to execution across multiple platforms and campaigns.

Content & Creative

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and promotional activities

• Develop content supporting Sportsbook and Casino acquisition and retention campaigns

• Produce written, visual and short-form video content adapted to different platforms

• Create promotional messaging aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Adapt content for different markets, audiences and channels

Social Media & Community

• Develop content calendars and publishing schedules

• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube and emerging channels

• Keep an eye on industry trends, viral content and competitor activity

• Bring fresh ideas to community engagement initiatives and campaigns

Campaigns & Collaboration

• Work closely with Media Buying, CRM, Design and Affiliate teams

• Produce content for acquisition campaigns, product launches, promotions and major sporting events

• Contribute to campaign concepts and creative brainstorming

• Make sure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives

Brand & Performance

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across channels

• Help strengthen brand awareness and positioning

• Analyze content performance and engagement

• Use audience insights to continuously improve content

• Participate in A/B testing across messaging, formats, and creative approaches

What are we looking for?

You could be a great match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field

• Excellent Korean and English, both written and spoken

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

• Experience creating content across multiple digital platforms

• Experience producing short-form video for social media

• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma or similar

• The ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine eye for good content

Experience within iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, FinTech or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of SEO, influencer or affiliate marketing, online communities and AI-powered content tools would also be a plus.
