Job Title: Assistant Manager (F&B) – Tonshou @ Suntec City

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at Tonshou, Suntec City outlet! If you have a passion for the F&B industry and enjoy leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Handle inventory management, stock ordering and cost control
- Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety standards
- Support training and development of new staff
- Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum [1-2] years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in F&B
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
