Kotlin + Python Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll build backend platform services using Kotlin, complemented by Python and Django familiarity for a polyglot backend environment. This is not a mobile role — Kotlin here is the language of choice for scalable, production-grade backend platform development. This is your opportunity to work on backend infrastructure where your ability to move fluidly between two strong languages makes you a versatile and valuable contributor to a modern platform engineering team.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain backend platform services using Kotlin.
- Contribute to Python-based components and services.
- Work across a polyglot backend environment, navigating multiple codebases confidently.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of backend platform services.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for backend platform development, not mobile.
- Familiarity with Python and Django.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
