【The Role】
Entegris is seeking a highly motivated, Proactive, talented, and experienced Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are paramount. You will be a key player on a dynamic, skilled project and operation team whose objective is to manage product/technology transfer project to Taiwan, focusing on equipment installation and maintenance within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical engineering background and have hands-on experience with blending, CNC, or Lamination equipment.

您將成為專案與營運團隊的重要成員，負責推動產品／技術移轉至台灣的相關專案，工作重點為半導體產業之設備安裝與維護。
理想人選須具備扎實的機械工程背景，並具 Blending（混合設備）、CNC（電腦數值控制設備）或 Lamination（貼合／層壓設備）的實務操作經驗。

【In this role you will】

• Maintaining reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, and costs.
• Identifying and implementing all necessary LOTO and procedures to ensure safe repair and maintenance of a broad range of production equipment.
• Developing innovative solutions to equipment performance issues within prescribed change control requirements.
• Improving equipment capability and delivering the necessary equipment availability to support required production volumes while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Developing, documenting, and driving rigorous preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and reliable equipment performance records and metrics.
• Identifying and ensuring spare parts and consumables are available as necessary.
• Creating and maintaining accurate specifications and work instructions for equipment maintenance.
• Developing effective OCAP procedures.
• Training maintenance personnel.
• Leading capital projects and ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule while maintaining safety and quality.
• Researching and installing new tool sets according to planned schedule to add capacity in a timely manner.
• Applying experience and systematic approach to solve critical equipment issues.
• Improving tool up-time availability and utilization efficiency.
• Identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.
• Driving defect reduction.
• 維護可靠且安全的製造系統，並持續改善生產效率、產能、良率及成本。
• 識別並建立必要的 LOTO（上鎖掛牌）程序，確保各類生產設備維修與保養作業安全。
• 在既定的變更控制（Change Control）規範下，針對設備效能問題提出並執行改善方案。
• 提升設備能力與設備可用率，以支援生產需求，同時維持並持續改善品質標準。
• 建立、文件化並推動完善的預防性維護（Preventive Maintenance, PM）程序。
• 維護準確可靠的設備效能紀錄及相關指標。
• 確保設備所需的備品、零件及耗材能適時供應。
• 建立並維護設備保養與維修相關規格及作業指導書。
• 建立有效的 OCAP（Out of Control Action Plan，異常管制行動計畫）。
• 培訓設備維護人員。
• 主導資本支出專案（Capital Projects），確保專案於預算及時程內完成，並符合安全與品質要求。
• 依規劃時程評估並安裝新設備，以適時擴充產能。
• 運用經驗及系統化的問題解決方法，處理關鍵設備問題。
• 提升設備 **Uptime（正常運轉時間）**及使用效率。
• 識別並推動設備硬體能力提升的改善機會。
• 推動缺陷降低（Defect Reduction）及相關品質改善。

【Traits we believe make a strong candidate】

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field. >5 years of experience.
• Experience with CNC equipment is preferred.
• Experience with blending equipment is preferred.
• Experience with lamination equipment is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment with programmable user interfaces is preferred.
• Capital Project management experience is preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• 機械工程、化學工程、材料科學與工程或其他相關科系學士以上學歷，並具 5 年以上相關工作經驗。
• 具 CNC 設備相關經驗者佳。
• 具 Blending（混合）設備相關經驗者佳。
• 具 Lamination（貼合／層壓）設備相關經驗者佳。
• 具備使用可程式化操作介面之製造設備相關經驗者佳。
• 具 Capital Project（資本支出專案）管理經驗者佳。
• 具 Six Sigma Green Belt（六標準差綠帶）或 Black Belt（黑帶）資格者佳。
• 具 SAP 使用經驗者佳。
