職缺名稱: Instock Management Specialist-Andon focus庫存管理專員
在這個關鍵崗位上，您不只是處理案件，更將發揮專門的技術領導力、擔任政策權威，並引領流程最佳化。您的核心使命是大幅降低業務風險、優化高風險的升級工作流，並最大化整體平台的營運效率。
主要職責：
* 複雜升級案件處理：針對高度複雜且具模糊性的個案進行調查、分析與果斷處置（例如：仿冒品/智慧財產權侵權審查，以及影響重大的高風險突發事件）。
* SLA 與風險管理： 您必須確保團隊在緊迫的服務水準協定 (SLA) 時限與高壓環境下，仍能做出快速、高質量且精準的決策。
* 流程最佳化 ： 持續評估與檢視營運工作流，藉以標準化作業程序 (SOP)、提升案件分流效率，並主動減少整個營運體系中非必要的案件升級。
* 跨部門協調對接： 作為第一線營運團隊與內部法務 、產品或政策團隊之間的策略溝通橋樑，確保政策執行的準確性與一致性。
* 數據驅動洞察 ： 深入分析營運趨勢與個案數據。您將負責找出系統性風險、發掘根本原因，並向高層管理團隊提出具備前瞻性的長期策略解決方案。
基本條件：
* 具備至少 3 年以上電子商務、零售營運、風險管理、客戶服務相關領域經驗
* 數據分析能力： 具備優秀的數據素養。能夠從營運指標中提煉出關鍵洞察，將數據轉化為策略建議，並善用數據支持決策。
* 問題解決與判斷力： 具備卓越的分析思考能力，擅長解構模糊不清的問題，並能在短時間內快速、精準地做出高風險決策。
* 流程改善思維： 具備持續改善的思維，並有優化 SOP 的實際實績。
