Job description
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Orchestration Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes platform engineering, multi-cluster orchestration, multi-tenancy and cloud-native automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise Kubernetes platforms, implementing GitOps workflows, policy-as-code frameworks and automated tenant lifecycle management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Kubernetes multi-cluster architecture, multi-tenancy and cluster management.
- Hands-on experience with vCluster / Virtual Kubernetes Clusters.
- Expertise in GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Strong understanding of Policy-as-Code using OPA Gatekeeper or Kyverno.
- Experience with Kubernetes platform solutions such as Rafay, Spectro Cloud, Anthos or Rancher.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience in API development, automation workflows and self-service platform provisioning.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, IAM and KMS.
- Experience in tenant onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle management and tenant isolation.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash or similar languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage scalable multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms.
- Build and maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes environments with secure workload isolation.
- Implement virtual cluster solutions using vCluster and automate tenant provisioning.
- Develop GitOps-based deployment and configuration management workflows.
- Implement policy enforcement and governance using OPA Gatekeeper or Kyverno.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and cluster lifecycle operations using Terraform.
- Develop APIs and automation workflows to enable self-service platform capabilities.
- Integrate Kubernetes platforms with AWS EKS, IAM and KMS services.
- Establish platform security, access controls, monitoring and operational governance.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance and automation.
