Kubernetes Platform Engineer (B2B)

Summary

Designs and maintains Kubernetes platforms for clients, automates CI/CD and GitOps workflows, and advises on cloud-native strategies across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively advise our customers and help drive their technological and commercial development.

  • As a Kubernetes Consultant, you drive the continuous development of our K8s platforms.

  • You design and implement new Kubernetes features to provide developers with self-service capabilities.

  • You develop and optimize automation using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.

  • You support the management of multi-cloud infrastructures and the implementation of additional cloud-native strategies. You work with various cloud providers like Azure, AWS, GCP and also EU solutions as Scaleway or STACKIT.

  • You work closely with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices into the development lifecycle and foster shared learning.

  • You also support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal projects used for sales and training purposes.

Qualification

  • You hold a completed degree in an IT-related field and communicate confidently in Polish and English.

  • You enjoy working with customers and communicate effectively.

  • You bring solid experience in building and operating Kubernetes platforms and ideally already have knowledge of self-service concepts for developer teams.

  • CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD/Flux) are part of your daily work, and you actively drive automation.

  • You are proficient in using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

  • You have DevOps expertise in Bash/Shell as well as Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.

  • You have experience with Azure/AWS/GCP.

  • You present availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the Katowice office per quarter.
