主要職責 Key Responsibilities

• 全面負責並管理多個專案時程，將專案拆解為清晰的里程碑、優先順序與執行計畫
• 推動團隊以紀律與效率達成既定時程，主動追蹤執行進度、管理延誤，並確保與利害關係人之間的及時溝通與共識
• 領導並協調台灣與印尼的工程團隊，確保高度對齊、順暢溝通與明確責任制
• 建立並落實工程實務標準（程式碼品質、CI/CD、部署流程），支援 Agile 開發模式
• 辨識並解決系統架構風險、技術債與系統效能瓶頸
• 同時推動多項產品開發，在速度、品質與資源配置之間取得最佳平衡
• 設計並監督可擴展、模組化的系統架構，確保長期可維護性、效能與穩定性
• 建立並推行工程流程與工作機制（Agile / Scrum / OKR），提升團隊效率與專案透明度
• 提前辨識風險、瓶頸與相依關係，主動解決以確保專案順利推進
• 與產品、商務及營運團隊密切合作，確保技術執行與公司商業目標一致
• 建立、培育並擴展高績效工程團隊

工作條件 Requirements

• 10 年以上軟體工程相關工作經驗
• 5 年以上技術領導經驗（CTO／工程主管／Tech Lead）
• 具同時管理多個專案的實務經驗
• 具備專案規劃、時程管理與執行推動能力
• 具跨國或分散式團隊管理經驗
• 具快速成長新創或多產品環境工作經驗者佳
• 優秀的問題分析與決策能力
• 熟悉 API 設計與整合（RESTful API、版本管理、服務間通訊）
• 熟悉資料庫與資料架構設計（SQL／NoSQL 取捨、快取策略、資料管線）
• 具複雜微服務（Microservices）架構實務經驗
• 能在快速變動環境中平衡開發速度與系統擴展性

加分條件 Nice to Have

• 精通英文、中文與印尼文者佳

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple project timelines end-to-end, breaking down projects into clear milestones, priorities, and execution plans
• Drive teams to meet committed timelines with discipline and urgency, proactively pushing execution, managing delays, and ensuring early communication and alignment with stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate engineering teams across Taiwan and Indonesia, ensuring strong alignment, communication, and accountability
• Establish and enforce engineering practices (code quality standards, CI/CD, deployment processes) that support Agile delivery
• Identify and resolve architectural risks, technical debt, and system bottlenecks
• Drive execution across multiple products simultaneously, effectively balancing speed, quality, and resource allocation
• Design and oversee scalable, modular system architecture, ensuring long-term maintainability, performance, and reliability
• Establish and enforce engineering processes and workflows (Agile / Scrum / OKR) to improve team productivity and visibility
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and proactively resolve them to keep projects on track
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team

Requirements
•10+ years of experience in Software Engineering

• 5+ years in leadership roles (CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead)
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong experience in project planning, timeline management, and execution
• Experience leading distributed or cross-country teams
• Experience in fast-paced startup or multi-product environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in API design and integration — RESTful APIs, versioning, service-to-service communication
• Experience with database and data architecture — SQL/NoSQL tradeoffs, caching strategies, data pipelines
• Experienced with complex, interconnected microservice ecosystems
• Ability to balance speed vs scalability in a dynamic environment
