• Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring on-time commercialization

主導從概念到上市的完整新品開發（NPD）專案，確保產品如期商業化

• Apply YUM NPC process to drive structured and disciplined project execution

運用 YUM NPC 流程執行專案

• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across development stages

管理各開發階段的專案時程、風險與交付成果

• Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, SCM, QA, Marketing, and suppliers

推動與研發、供應鏈、品保、行銷及供應商之跨部門協作與對齊

• Resolve issues and ensure smooth execution throughout project lifecycle

解決專案問題，確保整體專案生命周期順利執行

• Lead cost estimation and optimization with SCM to meet target margins

與供應鏈團隊合作，主導成本估算與優化，以達成目標利潤

• Evaluate product feasibility across cost, supply, and operational readiness

從成本、供應能力及營運準備度等面向評估產品可行性

• Ensure product specs, labeling, and documentation meet regulatory and QA requirements

確保產品規格、標示及相關文件符合法規與品質要求

• Oversee regulatory submission readiness and supplier compliance (GFSI / QA standards)

監督法規申報準備情況及供應商合規性（符合 GFSI / QA 標準）

• Coach and guide junior team members; support team capability development

指導並培育初階團隊成員，支持團隊能力發展

• Identify and drive continuous improvement in development processes

辨識並推動開發流程的持續優化與改善
