※ 工作專業需求：
1. 伺服器管理：安裝/設定/維運 Windows Server、Linux；修補與韌體更新；vSphere/Hyper-V 虛擬化；AD/LDAP 帳號與權限；備份策略與還原演練
2. 監控與效能：以 Nagios/SolarWinds/Datadog/Zabbix 監控資源；事件告警與 RCA；容量規劃；日誌分析與資安偵測
3. 資安與法遵：落實安全基線（防火牆、AV/EDR）；配合 GDPR/HIPAA/SOC 2 等稽核；SSL/TLS 憑證集中管理
4. 文件與支援：維護設定、拓樸、SOP；處理 L2/L3 升級案件；輪值待命支援
5. IIS/Web（核心）：部署與調校 IIS 8.5/10；App Pool/繫結與隔離；4xx/5xx 疑難排解與日誌分析；Rewrite/壓縮/快取優化
6. SSL 全生命週期：CSR 產生、申購與部署；HTTPS/HSTS 與 301 轉址；到期監控與續期；私鑰保護與 LB/防火牆端佈署
7. 加分條件:證照（CompTIA Server+、Azure Admin、AWS SysOps、RHCE 等）、雲端/混合雲（AWS/Azure/GCP）、容器（Docker/K8s）、負載平衡（F5/HAProxy/NLB）

※Job requirements
1. Strong logical thinking and communication, and able to work independently and in teams.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve office user issues, and handle Helpdesk supervisor-assigned tasks.
3. Procure, install, configure, and inventory IT equipment.
4. Fast learner (plus), Ability to simplify and modularize code/config (plus).
5. English reading/writing (plus).

※ Required professional skills for the role:
1. Server Management & Maintenance
Provisioning: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server / Linux and related HW/SW.
Patching: Regular OS/security updates and firmware to reduce vulnerabilities.
Virtualization: Manage VMware vSphere / Hyper-V (create/clone/snapshot VMs).
Identity & Access: Administer AD/LDAP users, groups, permissions, and access controls.
Backup/Recovery: Define backup/retention policies; perform restore tests for DR readiness.

2. Monitoring & Performance
Health Monitoring: Use Nagios/SolarWinds/Datadog/Zabbix to track CPU, memory, disk, latency.
Alert Response: Triage outages; perform RCA and remediate swiftly.
Capacity Planning: Analyze trends; forecast demand; recommend upgrades before bottlenecks.
Log Analysis: Review system/app logs; detect anomalies and security events.

3. Security & Compliance
Enforce server hardening, firewall rules, AV/EDR/anti-malware.
Support audits; maintain compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
Centralize SSL/TLS management for internal/external services.

4. Documentation & Support
Maintain current configs, network diagrams, and SOPs.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated server incidents.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

5. IIS & Web Server Administration (Core)
Setup/Tuning: Deploy and tune IIS 8.5/10 on Windows Server.
App Pools & Bindings: Manage pools, worker processes, site bindings for stability/isolation.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose 4xx/5xx errors, analyze IIS logs, resolve crashes/hangs.
Optimization: Implement URL Rewrite, compression, and caching to improve performance.

6. SSL Certificate Management
Lifecycle: Generate CSRs; acquire/install certificates securely.
Policy: Bind certs in IIS; enforce HTTPS/HSTS; configure HTTP→HTTPS redirects.
Renewals: Monitor expirations; renew on time to avoid outages/warnings.
Key Security: Safeguard private keys; coordinate LB/firewall deployments as needed.
Preferred (nice to have): Relevant certifications, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and load balancing (F5/HAProxy/NLB).
