Summary
Provide frontline support to students navigating admissions, financial aid, and registration processes via phone, email, and in-person, while maintaining student records in the SIS.
Position Title: KVCC Enrollment Navigator
Salary Range: Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Administrators Unit. Currently pending classification, the position expects to pay in the vicinity of $36,672.06 - $46,455.08.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of office experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center.
- Provide guidance regarding admissions, transcripts, residency requirements,
registration, onboarding, and financial aid processes.
- Assist students in navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting account or
registration issues.
- Deliver responsive support through in-person, phone, email, chat, and text
communication.
- Triage student concerns and connect students with appropriate campus
departments and resources.
- Maintain accurate student records within the Student Information System (SIS).
- Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Registrar staff to
support seamless student experiences.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional policies.
