KYC Data Analyst – One-Year Contract

Role Overview

A Private Bank is seeking a detail-oriented KYC Data Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role supports the accuracy, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of KYC-related data, with particular responsibility for dashboard upkeep, discrepancy investigation, manual tracker governance, and recurring management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support KYC dashboards, ensuring that information is current, accurate, complete, and suitable for operational and management reporting.
• Investigate data discrepancies, including incorrect triggers, determine root causes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
• Manage the manual KYC tracker and ensure that all required data is updated, complete, and maintained in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports in accordance with agreed reporting schedules and stakeholder requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, validation, or automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work confidently with large datasets and reporting files.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data accuracy, completeness, and quality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with KYC, client lifecycle management, compliance, or financial crime data in a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience maintaining dashboards, trackers, and recurring operational or management reports.
• Ability to communicate data issues clearly and collaborate effectively with business and control-function stakeholders.
