KYC Delivery Lead

Rate: max 155 pln/h net + VAT, B2B
Location: Warsaw / Gdańsk / Gdynia / Łódź (3 days a week in office)

Summary: The role is primarily focused on the planning and execution of KYC and Transaction Monitoring workstreams to ensure compliance with new EU AML regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
End-to-end planning and execution of KYC and Transaction Monitoring workstreams.
Develop and implement action plans for changes to systems and processes.
Define scope, targets, and deliverables for projects.
Ensure operational readiness of KYC servicing units.
Understand operational impacts due to changes.
Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues within KYC processes.
Provide governance and oversight to track progress against targets.
Key Requirements:
Senior project/programme manager experience in Financial Crime Prevention.
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects across various geographies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills at multiple seniority levels.
Experience in operationalizing change and delivering value.
Nice to Have:
Experience in delivering structural changes in KYC and Transaction Monitoring.
Knowledge of risk-based review frameworks.
Implementing KYC processes for sole trader segments.
