KYC/KYI/KYS Analyst with English

Summary

The analyst conducts KYC/KYI/KYS risk analysis, gathers and assesses customer documents, processes client requests via email and ticketing tools, and supports SOP creation and team training, using Microsoft Office and various software applications.

The activities of KYC/KYI/KYS. team member are various and may include:

  • Company risk analysis as part of the KYC/ KYS/ KYI investigation process including screening activities
  • Collect KY documents for a range of different transactions and relevant counterparties related to corporate business
  • Assess information and documents obtained and conclude its completeness and reliability
  • Processes the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools
  • Participates in the creation / update of KY Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams
  • Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required
  • Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized
  • Any other activities required by the business need of the country served

Experience:

  • Graduated or first practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
  • Experience in Credit Insurance industry or financial services preferred
  • Experience in an international environment and/ or Shared Service Center preferred

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (CEFR – Level B2 - C1)

IT:

  • Computer and internet affinity, good technical understanding
  • Ease regarding the work with varying software, applications and systems different from product to product
  • Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or other relevant field
