KYC Operations Analyst

You will support customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence by conducting end-to-end KYC and EDD reviews across risk tiers. You will perform complex investigations into identity, source of funds, and source of wealth; assess financial crime and sanctions risk; escalate potential SARs with clear documentation; collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, and FIU teams to resolve escalations; operate in a high-volume environment while meeting QA and productivity KPIs; develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and documentation; identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements; and deliver project support and training for internal teams and BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end KYC and EDD reviews across all customer risk tiers
• Perform complex EDD investigations on high-risk individuals, including analyzing identity, source of funds, and source of wealth
• Assess financial crime, sanctions, and jurisdictional risk and escalate potential SAR cases with documented investigations
• Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, and FIU teams to resolve complex escalations
• Operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining high quality assurance standards and meeting productivity KPIs
• Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and documentation
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
• Deliver project support and training for internal teams and BPO partners

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in KYC, AML, compliance operations, or a regulated operational environment with exposure to onboarding or due diligence
• Exposure to enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, or financial crime investigations
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures producing accurate, well-documented outputs
• Ability to assess customer information, identify potential risk indicators, and escalate issues appropriately
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting and meeting productivity and quality expectations
