KYC Periodic Review Analyst (Maker / Checker)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000

Location: Bugis

Contract: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed and ongoing AML/CFT reviews and risk monitoring of clients' accounts, transactions, and account activities.
  • Conduct account and transaction analysis and follow up with front-line staff for clarifications where required.
  • Perform name screening as and when required.
  • Ensure that all related and connected parties are correctly identified and screened.
  • Verify that KYC information and supporting documentation are valid, complete, and up to date.
  • Ensure proper and timely escalation of observations or concerns to the AML team, together with proposed rectification actions.
  • Support the Compliance team with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC Periodic Review or Name Screening within a banking environment.
  • Prior experience working in a Private Bank will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and coaching.
