The L&D Coordinator plans, creates, and edits learning content using AI tools, collaborating with stakeholders to meet training needs and ensuring content quality.
- Plan, create, and edit engaging learning videos, e-learning content, and digital training materials.
- Utilize AI-powered content creation tools such as Synthesia and other emerging technologies to develop learning content efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business units to understand training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- Coordinate the end-to-end production of training videos, including scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and publishing.
- Design visually appealing learning materials, presentations, job aids, and microlearning content.
- Ensure learning content aligns with organizational branding, learning objectives, and quality standards.
- Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and AI tools to enhance learner engagement.
- Manage multiple content development projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the administration and maintenance of learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS), where applicable.
- Monitor learner feedback and recommend continuous improvements to digital learning content.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in learning content creation, multimedia production, or digital learning is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video creation platforms such as Synthesia or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative learning ideas.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new technologies and AI solutions for learning.
