Requirements:

• 🎓 At least 2 years’ experience in L&D, instructional design or programme development preferred.
• 💻 Experience in face-to-face, virtual or blended learning.
• 🗣️ Strong communication, organisational, analytical and project management skills.
• 💡 Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated.
• ❤️ Interest in people development and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver HR learning programmes across various formats.
• Develop training materials and conduct learning needs analysis.
• 🤝 Partner public agencies to customise L&D solutions.
• 🔍 Research HR trends and develop relevant learning content.
• 🎤 Organise and facilitate seminars, webinars and learning sessions.
• 📈 Support HR consultancy and transformation projects.
