L & D Specialist

JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in delivering and managing training programs, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of employee development initiatives.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs across various departments
  

• Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with managers
  

• Coordinate and facilitate in-house and external training sessions
  

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports on improvements
  

• Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  

• Collaborate with HR and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals
  

• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  

• Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus( LMS)

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
