L&D Specialist at BairesDev
As an L&D Specialist, you will design and implement strategic learning initiatives to foster employee growth and align individual development with our organizational goals. You will play a key role in transforming training needs into engaging educational experiences that drive performance across our global teams.
What You'll Do:
- Create and manage comprehensive instructional designs and curricula tailored to diverse business needs.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of LMS platforms to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Develop interactive e-learning materials using advanced authoring tools.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops that address critical skill gaps and enhance workforce adaptability.
- Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the long-term impact and effectiveness of learning investments.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as an L&D Specialist or in a similar instructional design role.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
- Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
