Trainer Executive
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Global Training Manager this role is expected to execute central training programs and develop regional/local training programs for team members across departments for DEI.
Collaborate with frontline team members across various regions to conduct comprehensive technical and soft skills training sessions.
Facilitate communication and coordination with key stakeholders to perform skills and training needs analyses, prioritizing the development of employees at all levels.
Gain insight into the distinctive nuances of the imaging services business to effectively implement the learning agenda.
Strategize and implement the rollout of company-wide and obligatory training initiatives, defining timelines and target audiences across multiple locations within designated responsibilities.
Tailor training programs to address the specific needs of diverse audiences on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate training logistics in collaboration with Operations

Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Training or Learning and Development.
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant training experience focusing on frontline teams in retail, hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors.
