L1/L2 Production support

Job Role:

1. Batch processing, monitoring (Kibana - Elasticsearch based), Incident reporting, SQL, & basics of Java & Linux

(batch processing experience is Must)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.

Shift Timing

1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays
