  • Configure and support FortiGate firewalls, including VPNs, policies, and general security/networking

  • Support Microsoft Teams and SIP-based voice solutions

  • Perform onsite work including installations, troubleshooting, project delivery, and client support

  • Work within ConnectWise for ticket management, documentation, and service coordination

  • Contribute to project work, client onboarding, and general technical improvement across the business

  • Deliver consistently strong customer service with a calm, positive, solutions-focused approach

About you

  • 3–5+ years' experience in an MSP environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with UniFi switching, wireless, and cameras

  • Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and/or SIP telephony

  • Strong hands-on experience with ConnectWise

  • Understanding Cybersecurity standards, Essential8, ISO27001, documentation, tools

  • Experience supporting multiple small business clients across networking, systems, and cloud

  • Comfortable working independently onsite and managing client expectations professionally

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to move between support and project work

  • Current certifications essential: AZ-104 and/or other relevant Azure certification, Fortinet certification (NSE 4 or above), CCNA or equivalent networking certification

  • Full Australian driver's licence

  • Reliable vehicle

  • Full working rights in Australia
