Summary
Provide L2/L3 support for Windows Server environments across on-premises and Azure, handling monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and automation using SCCM, SCOM, and Azure tools.
Location: Warsaw – hybrid model, 1–2 days per week at the Warsaw Hub (the rest remotely)

Join a global operations team responsible for supporting business-critical Windows Server environments across both on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure.
This is a hands-on L2/L3 position offering a broad scope of responsibilities — from server monitoring and incident resolution to patch management, automation, lifecycle management, and continuous operational improvement.
Your responsibilities
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
Support servers hosted across both on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure.
Monitor server availability, health, and performance using SCOM and Netmon.
Investigate alerts, troubleshoot complex operating system and infrastructure issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLA targets.
Plan and execute Windows Server patching using Azure Update Manager, Azure Arc, and SCCM.
Monitor patch compliance and investigate unsuccessful deployments.
Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in ServiceNow according to ITIL practices.
Support server lifecycle management, security hardening, antivirus solutions, and third-party application maintenance.
Cooperate with infrastructure, cloud, application, network, and security teams on cross-functional technical issues.
Identify and automate repetitive operational activities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
Develop and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Contribute to proactive monitoring, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
What we are looking for
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
Practical knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, or 2025.
Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, Windows Services, Event Logs, and Windows networking.
Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure across on-premises environments and Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with Azure Arc and Azure Update Manager.
Experience with SCCM, SCOM, Netmon, and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of server patching, security baselines, antivirus solutions, and server hardening.
Awareness of VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and server storage operations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
A proactive mindset and an interest in automation and operational improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a global enterprise support environment.
Nice to have
Experience with scripting or programming languages used for infrastructure automation.
Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
Windows Server certification.
ITIL Foundation certification.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
There are no planned night shifts. The role involves participation in a shift-based schedule within standard business hours. Occasional weekend support may be required as part of the team rotation.
