You will manage Cisco routers and switches, monitor performance and bandwidth, and coordinate with vendors to resolve escalations while maintaining strict SLAs.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in network operations, CCNA/CCNP certification, and a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
