Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in L2 / Production Support.
• Hands-on debugging across REST APIs, databases and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL, Python, Linux and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Microservices.
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK.
• Strong understanding of Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management and Release Support.
• Exposure to production support of AI/LLM workloads.
